Amazingly Amazed

I don’t know, I should be used to this by now, it is essentially the story of my life anyway. Yet every fucking time I am amazed, at me being (shocked, amazed, taken aback, use whatever word you deem fit) that something didn’t turn out as I had planned. I will explain this by using some sort of algebraical terminology, I think.

In situation A, situation B is promised, and I am certain that situation B will happen, and its going to be a positive one. When situation B should arrive, it is replaced by situation C, which is the exact opposite of situation B. Prepare for the irony.

With certain people I expect situation C, lets say, with 90% of people I expect that certain situation, and still I walk into the situation still expecting the ‘better’ situation B. I am then amazed by the sheer fact that I am shocked(amazed).

To explain this ‘complicated’ situation thing, I will use an example that happened to me more than once the past couple of years.

I audition for a band(this is situation A) they then say that I am good, and that they would like to hear more from me, a couple auditions later, they say that I should be in their band(situation B), two practice sessions later they say that they found someone else for their band(situation C).

So I am making the conscious decision to cultivate an attitude of expecting the worst, hoping for the best, but mainly just fucking onward untill I die.

That is basically the story of my life.

My favourite OzzY site went down, www.ozzyhead.com, all because Mitch Van Beekum ‘found Jesus’. This is where he found Him, supposedly http://www.jesussaves.cc/, I have nothing against finding Jesus, per se. I just think that one could find Him and still be the proud owner of the best damn Ozzy Osbourne fansite ever.

The funny thing is that I hope that Mitch found happiness as well, he has moved on to other things, not that I am calling Jesus an object, mind you.

It was a real hectic christmas and new years for me. To all of you there in the U.K a merry christmas(see? No swearing.) and a happy new year.

Not something all of us know… I would even go so far as to say that I don’t know what is hot. I have visited my girlfriend for a week, and close to where she stays is a place called Hotazel(literally means Hot As Hell, to pronounce it right, say hot as hell very quickly). It was 35 degrees celcius there, and the locals said that its not hot yet! Fucking Hell!!

Supposedly their average summer is 45 degrees celcius. MOER

Fuck, it is christmas again, the title, is a personal thing between me and DEMPS and JOE. Every time I miss london, i play that song, because that is the only 'link' left that i can hold on to between me and my friend. Dude I fucking miss our drunk nights together where we(you) take the guitar and just start playing. GOD. I have a couple of questions for you...

Have you given up?
It feels like I'm about to, but then everytime I listen to the song. I feel like I can continue with the whole music thing. So that means that I will have to get up on the proverbial horse, and go for guitar lessons again...

Im just depressed because it is fucking the day when MAMMON smiles the most. And that I have realized that 2,5 years has passed and I haven't gotten much better with the guitar, i was slacking. I hate myself for that. I want to make music, but the people around me wont listen, i tried with BLACK SHEEP BLASPHEMY, I am trying with BLOUMOORD. But eventually it boils down to my dedication. I fucking HATE this GODDAMNED place! I also know that I probably would hate it somewhere else as well...
